Hi everyone! Next week is a busy week for our junior high students. On Wednesday, October 1st, Grades 6 - 9 students will be bussed out to Deer Meadows for a cross-country run. We will be boarding the bus at 8:15 AM and returning at 3:15 PM. Please note this is after the regular departure of the school buses, so you will need to make alternate arrangements to pick up your child when they return!
On Friday, October 3rd, Grades 6 - 9 students will be going to JJ Collett Natural Area for a science-based field trip. We will be boarding the bus at approximately 10:15 AM and returning at 2:15 PM, so students will still be able to catch the bus to come home at the end of the day. If you'd like some more information on JJ Collett, check our their website at http://www.jjcollett.com/
Permission forms have been sent home for both of these trips with students, so please ensure they are signed and sent back to school by Tuesday, September 30th! Students must come prepared for these trips by wearing appropriate shoes, bringing a jacket, a bag lunch, and a water bottle.
